PAYMENT CONDITIONS
PAYMENT VIA BANK (EFT OR TRANSFER)
When payment is made to the bank account via EFT / TRANSFER, the name surname, citizenship number and mobile number of the student must be written in the explanation * section of the transaction and the receipt must be submitted to the dormitory. (via e-mail)([email protected]) (TESA VAKFI İKTİSADİ İŞLETMESİ (TESA FOUNDATION COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISE) Student Dormitory – Name Surname – TC ID No or Pasaport No, Phone No)
***You can find the bank information if you want to pay the fee via EFT/TRANSFER.
*** Please do not forget to write your Name, Surname, and Passport Number while paying.

- The room fee and the deposit fee must be paid together. Those who do not pay the dormitory fee and deposit fee together will not be admitted to the dormitory
Required Papers for Registration
- A copy of the Turkish identification card if you are an international student a copy of the Turkish residence card and passport.
- Health certificate that shows there is no infectious disease, and the health status is not prevented from staying in the dormitory.
- Criminal record and archive record.
- Passport photo. (2 copies)
- Application form with a passport photo. (You need to fill it on the computer)
- Two copies of the letter of undertaking
***** WARNING!
- If there are any missing documents;
- If you send the bank receipt without calling our office to confirm the payment;
- If you involved in an infraction in the dormitory the other year;
- If there is a problem at the bank which leads you not to make a deposit;
You wiil not be enrolled in the dormitory!
